What we do

ReadyVo™ reviews your Experian credit report, identifies hard inquiries that may be unauthorized, duplicated, or unrecognizable, and files disputes directly with Experian. Once your documents are approved, the dispute is submitted within 24 business hours. You then see the outcome inside your ReadyVo™ dashboard.

What we do not do

We do not dispute accounts, collections, public records, or inquiries on Equifax or TransUnion. We do not make credit repair promises or guarantee a specific score increase. If your main issue is not Experian hard inquiries, we may not be the right service for you.

How the process works

1. Create a secure account and pay the one-time flat fee.
2. Upload your Experian report, ID, utility bill, and enter your SSN through a masked secure field.
3. Our admin team reviews your documents for completeness and accuracy.
4. Once approved, we submit the dispute to Experian within 24 business hours.
5. You receive a fresh report requirement and update the result in your dashboard.

Security and privacy

Client data is handled with strict controls. Social Security numbers are masked and accessed only through secure admin tools. Documents are stored encrypted, and access is limited to authorized team members. We do not sell client data and we do not use it for marketing.

Our refund guarantee

If no qualifying hard inquiry is removed from your Experian report after the dispute is filed, you receive a full refund. If one or more inquiries are removed, the service has been performed and the flat fee is not refundable. This policy is clear, simple, and applied to every order.
