Intended audience
ReadyVo™ services are intended for United States residents only. We do not knowingly market to, or collect information from, individuals located outside the United States or from anyone under 18.
Information we collect
We collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and the documents you submit for your inquiry removal: your Experian credit report PDF, a government-issued photo ID, a utility bill showing your current address, and your Social Security number. We also record order and payment status returned by our payment processor.
Payment information
Card details are collected and processed by our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. ReadyVo™ does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to verify your identity, prepare and submit your Experian inquiry removal request, communicate with you about that request, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Information sharing
We share only what is necessary with Experian to process your request, and with service providers that host our application, storage, email, and payment processing under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
Data security
Documents are uploaded over encrypted connections into private storage that is not publicly accessible. Your Social Security number is entered through a masked field and is not displayed back to you in your account. Access is limited to authorized ReadyVo™ team members who need it to process your request.
Data retention
We retain your documents and request records only as long as needed to deliver the service and to satisfy legal, tax, and dispute resolution requirements. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting support@readyvo.com. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time. Notifications tied to an active inquiry removal will continue while your request is open.
