Terms of Service

The service
ReadyVo™ provides a document preparation and submission service for Experian hard inquiries that a customer believes were not authorized, are not recognized, or were reported in error. ReadyVo™ is not a law firm, not a credit repair organization offering ongoing credit repair programs, and not affiliated with Experian or any other credit reporting agency.
No guarantee of results
ReadyVo™ does not guarantee that any inquiry will be removed, that your credit score will change, or that you will be approved for any loan, credit card, mortgage, or funding product. Removal decisions are made solely by Experian and the party that reported the inquiry. Accurate information cannot be removed from a credit file. If your request is filed and no inquiry is removed, ReadyVo™ refunds your fee in full. If at least one inquiry is removed, the service has been performed and the fee is not refundable.
Your right to dispute
Under federal law you have the right to dispute information on your credit file that you believe is inaccurate, unauthorized, or that you do not recognize, including hard inquiries. ReadyVo™ prepares and submits that dispute to Experian on your behalf using the documents you provide. Accurate, verifiable inquiries that you authorized cannot be removed, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
Eligibility
The service is available to United States residents who are at least 18 years old and who are requesting work on their own credit file. You may not use ReadyVo™ to submit a request on behalf of another person without written authorization.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and authentic information, including a genuine Experian credit report, a valid government-issued photo ID, a recent utility bill showing your current address, and your correct Social Security number. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a material breach of these terms and grounds for immediate cancellation without refund.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Payment
The service is a one-time payment collected through our secure payment processor. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Work begins after payment clears and after your required documents are submitted and accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Turnaround
Once your documents are approved, the removal takes 24 business hours. Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by document quality, verification needs, or Experian processing times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyVo™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
