Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident before you buy. Here is exactly how refunds work.
Before you submit your documents
If you change your mind after paying but before submitting your required documents, email us and we refund your $295 in full, no questions asked.
Before work begins
If your documents are submitted but our team has not yet begun preparing your request, you are entitled to a full refund on request.
If you are not eligible
If we review your documents and determine we cannot proceed, for example because the inquiries are accurate and authorized or the report is not an Experian report, we refund you in full.
If nothing is removed
If your request is filed and no inquiry is removed from your Experian report, we refund your fee in full. If at least one inquiry is removed, the service has been performed and the fee is not refundable.
What ReadyVo™ does not guarantee
ReadyVo™ does not guarantee that any inquiry will be removed, that your credit score will change, or that you will be approved for any loan, credit card, mortgage, or business funding. Refunds are not issued based on lender decisions or credit score changes. If no inquiry is removed, you get your money back.
How to request a refund
Email support@readyvo.com with your order reference. Most refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days back to the original payment method.
