You're trusting us with one of the most sensitive documents you own. Here's exactly what happens to it from upload to deletion — in plain English, no fine print.
Encrypted in transit
Files travel over TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS) between your browser and our storage.
Encrypted at rest
Uploaded reports are stored in encrypted cloud storage with restricted access.
Analyst-only access
Only the analyst preparing your report can open the file. No one else on the team has access.
Auto-deleted in 30 days
Your uploaded credit report is permanently deleted 30 days after your report is delivered.
What we collect
Only what we need to prepare your report: your name, email address, and the credit report PDF (or screenshots) you upload. We do not pull your credit, ask for your Social Security number, and we do not request bank account or login credentials.
How it's stored
Your uploaded file is stored in encrypted cloud storage. Access is restricted to the single analyst assigned to prepare your report. We do not maintain a searchable archive of customer credit reports.
How long we keep it
Your uploaded credit report is automatically deleted 30 days after we deliver your ReadyVo™ report. We keep your name, email, and a copy of the finished ReadyVo™ report for our records and so you can request a re-send if you lose it.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent, or share your credit report or personal information with lenders, marketers, data brokers, or any third party. We don't receive referral fees from anyone, so there's no incentive to share your data.
Delete on request
You can ask us to delete your uploaded file and all associated information at any time. Email support@readyvo.com and we'll confirm deletion within 3 business days.
What we don't do
We don't run background checks. We don't share your data with credit bureaus. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't sign up for. We don't sell anonymized data to third parties.
